Terms & Conditions

Minimum Rental Period 
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. for rentals of less than 24 hours, a 24-hour fee applies. 
Included/ Not Included in the Prices 
Prices include: Rent-A-Wed automobile insurance ( Deductible ) , the third party insurance (within legal limits) damage insurance (CDW), theft insurance ( Deductible ) , 20% KDV, local taxes, oil, maintenance, 24-hour roadside assistance. Special prices and conditions may apply for long-term rentals (at least 30 days). 
Those who are not included in the prices: Fuel, personal insurance (PAI), one-way rental fee (where applicable), optional extra services (additional drivers, baby and child seats, a navigation device, equipment, optional insurance), parking fees, highway tolls, office/Airport outside the boundaries delivery and return fees. 
Pay & Deposit Terms 
All fees are made at the airport when the car is rented + Please bring a ten-sided photocopy of your driver's license and ID with you, at the time of delivery, have your driver's license and credit card information ready to be written in the rental contract. In addition, if there is an additional driver, they should have their driver's license information October. Customers with a foreign driver's license can leave a deposit of 300 EUR if they do not use a credit card. If a payment of 20% is required for high season reservations, you will be informed by email. 
Insurance Information 
Third Party (Traffic) Insurance: 
The renter covers the material and moral damages that the driver will cause to third parties, other vehicles, property with the rented vehicle at the rate of the current limits of traffic insurance. The damages that will occur above the limits determined by law are the responsibility of the lessor. 
Accident Insurance (CDW): 
It covers the damages that will occur as a result of a collision in the rented vehicle, if information is provided to our company at the time of damage and the necessary alcohol and traffic reports are delivered to our relevant office within 48 hours from the moment of damage. According to the rented vehicle group, the first part of the damage to be caused between Dec. 300 and dec.900 is covered by the insurance exemption and belongs to the lessor. Exemption fee October additional insurance, Exemption Insurance (Super CDW) can be insured by purchasing at the beginning of the rental. Accident insurance (CDW) user errors which may result from mechanical defects, loss of key spare wheel/abrasive/registration/hubcaps/wiper/antenna loss, incorrect loading fuel, headlights, and radio/CD player is turned on battery costs as a result of forgetting, tyre, split, and glass breakage headlight and child seat, navigation, radio/CD player etc. it does not cover cleaning costs, cigarette /upholstery burns due to theft, loss, damage to equipment, return of the vehicle dirty enough to require auto hairdresser cleaning when returning the vehicle. According to accident traffic reports, for damages where the lessor is 100% defective or due to expenses outside the insurance coverage on the vehicle, the time the vehicle will spend in service or the time until it is ready to rent again is charged as a loss of work, calculated from the daily rental fee in the rental contract. If the customer has not received a winter tire package and the traffic fines written in the snowy region, the damages belong to the user. 
Theft Insurance: 
If the key is stolen by the lessor during the rental period and the vehicle is parked, by force, and the theft report is received from the nearest police / gendarmerie station and notified to our company within 24 hours, the insurance exemption fee covers the part after the deduction (4500.00 TL-9000.00 TL according to the vehicle group). The key of the vehicle must be returned to our company by the lessor, otherwise the theft insurance is invalid. If the vehicle is stolen with the key as a result of the key being given to a third party other than the lessor or lost by the lessor, theft insurance considers the theft to be a security abuse and the vehicle price is paid by the lessor. The period between the theft of the vehicle and the insurance paying the vehicle price is collected from the lessor as compensation for Decommissioning. The responsibility of the lessor is limited to a maximum of 30 days. 
Exemption Insurance (Super CDW): 
Accident Insurance (CDW) insurance up to £300 L in Economy-Compact groups, £ 600 in Wagon-Standard groups, and up to £900 L in Minibus-Luxury groups are covered by the exemption of the damages that will occur as a result of the collision. Paying October extra fee at the beginning of the rental, when the renter purchases optional Exemption Insurance (Super CDW), he is not held responsible for the above exemption fees. 
CF (Windshield, Headlight) Fuse: 
Tire splits, headlight and glass breakages that will occur in non-accidental situations can be covered by insurance by purchasing optional LCF (Glass, Headlight) insurance at an October cost. 
Individual Accident Insurance: 
It covers the treatment costs of the passengers in the rented vehicle within the limits determined in the insurance policy of the vehicle. This insurance may not be available in all offices or it can be purchased at an October price. 
Important Notes: 
Insurance to be valid, the driver is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any lack, not to exceed the legal speed limit, the vehicle does not use except for the highways, traffic, and alcohol and kept at the time of the accident reports to be delivered to our nearest office within 48 hours, except those whose names are written in the rental agreement to be used, vehicle load limits that are specified in the license, failure to move outside of the vehicle at the scene of the accident to the nearest office is not abandoned and must be reported. If the damage is noticed on the return of the vehicle and the necessary reports are not received at the time of damage, the insurance is invalid and the damage is not covered by the declaration from the insurance. 
October Drivers 
Rental vehicles can be used by two additional drivers besides the driver who rented October. In order for October drivers to use the vehicle, they must be registered in the contract at the beginning of the rental. October October Additional drivers may be charged and you can purchase it at the time of booking or at the start of the rental. October drivers must meet the criteria of driver's license and age at the start of the rental. If an unregistered driver has an accident, the insurances will be invalid. 
Child Seat/Navigation Device/ Snow Chain 
Upon request during the booking, you can rent equipment such as a child seat, navigation device, snow chain, etc. at an October cost. Although you did not request it in your booking, if you request it at vehicle delivery, the equipment can be provided to you if available. 
Flight Information 
For airport delivery and return rentals, it is the customer's responsibility to inform the correct flight information and times during booking. If the flight information is not available at the time of booking, we must be informed of the flight information at least 24 hours before the vehicle delivery. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for the problems that may occur during the delivery or return of the vehicle due to the flight information or changes that were not notified on time, and will not pay any fees. When you inform the flight information in advance, it will be possible for our staff to meet you on time for your arrival and departure from the airport. 
Vehicle Delivery & Return Terms 
You can pick up/return the rental car from our office in cities or from your address, airports. In the cities where FAMOUS Car Rental offices are located, there is no delivery or return fee for distances up to 3 km from the office during office hours. if delivery and return is to be made to your hotel, home / work address, outside the city limits at distances over 3 km, a fee of 5.00 TL per kilometer will be charged from the nearest FAMOUS office. Except for airports, pickup and return are subject to an additional fee outside of October office opening hours. 
One-Way Rental 
If the car return office/city is a different office/city from the pick-up office/city, this type of rental is called a one-way rental. In this type of rental, the distance between the Decommissioning and return offices / cities is multiplied by EUR 0.40 per km and the one-way rental fee is calculated and added to the rental price. This fee covers the service fee required to take the rented vehicle to the reception office. 
Vehicle Group/Model 
The specific car model and brand cannot be guaranteed. The desired group and characteristics are guaranteed.(Example: compact, A/ C , manual) FAMOUS Car Rental in cases that may occur due to reasons that are not at hand (late or damaged return of the vehicle from the previous customer, technical failure, force majeure, etc.) reserves the right to replace the vehicle with a counterpart or higher group. 
Late/Early Return 
Late Return: When the vehicle returns later than the return time specified in the contract, delays of up to 59 minutes are not charged October, when notified in advance and approved by us. for delays of 60 minutes or more, an October fee of 1/3 of the daily rental fee per hour is charged for each delayed hour. for delays of 3 hours or more, an extra day fee will be charged. The lessor cannot return the vehicle late without notice and cannot extend the rental period without the approval of the relevant office. FAMOUS Car Rental reserves the right not to approve the lease extension in cases where the car needs to be ready for the next booking. 
Early Return: There is no refund for rental vehicles that return early from the return / return time written in the rental contract. 
Vehicle status 
If the vehicle is delivered at the beginning of the rental, the license, license plate and tools must be returned as available. In cases that cannot be resolved with normal washing and require an auto hairdresser, the cleaning fee is charged on return. 
Fuel Policy 
Vehicles are not rented from a full warehouse. If the fuel tank level is the same at the beginning of the car rental, it is necessary to make a return at the same level. The difference in the missing fuel in the vehicles returning with the missing fuel is collected on the return. Please buy fuel according to your needs, fuel cannot be refunded for vehicles that return with excess fuel. 
If you wish, you can order prepaid fuel to be charged at the beginning of the rental. The requested fuel (1/4, 1/2, full tank) is filled into the vehicle before renting the vehicle and the fee is collected in advance upon delivery. By purchasing a prepaid gasoline service, you must bring the vehicle you rented with an empty tank on the way back, fuel refunds cannot be made for vehicles returning with excess fuel.
